In the salon

Before you receive a treatment, we may ask you questions regarding your medical condition, for which we have a professional confidentiality. At the intake we will ask questions about e.g. recent injuries/ surgeries or medication use. However, we do not record this information. We only use special data to the extent permitted by law or with your consent. You are not required to share this information with us. Please note that in some cases you may not be able to use our service, or may use it less effectively.

For what purpose and on the basis of which basis do we process personal data?

The Skin Garden processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Sending our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To deliver goods and services to you.
• Oilistic also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.
